SCHOLARSHIPS
TIME believes 2024 is the time for inspirational people in the industry to add to their skills and look at new ways of growing.
A small number of scholarships are offered by TIME partners each year to foster and retain talented people who might not otherwise be able to cover their program fees.
TIME scholarships are intended to encourage participation by individuals from all sectors of the industry to assist them with this unique personal growth opportunity.
Accordingly, TIME is calling for scholarship applications from ambitious industry professionals wishing to take action and accelerate their careers through mentoring.
Mint Payments Scholarship
Applications are now open for the 2024 TIME programme 13, commencing 12 June 2024
This scholarship has been generously provided by Mint to assist a person with a minimum of 1 years’ experience in the industry who will benefit from the assistance of a mentor
- The scholarship is open to all New Zealand employees of the Travel, Tourism, Cruise, Airline Hospitality Industry with a minimum of 1 years’ experience and meet the other criteria.
- The aim is to provide opportunities for individuals who are in a position where they do not have sponsorship to undertake a TIME programme.
- The aim is to provide an opportunity for the Travel industry’s best and brightest to imagine the career of their dreams and pursue them by providing direction, wisdom and experience from a seasoned industry Mentor.

Silversea Cruises Scholarship
Applications are now open for the 2024 TIME programme 13, commencing 12 June 2024.
This has generously been provided by Silversea specifically to New Zealand travel Industry members seeking to foster and further their careers. The successful scholarship winner will have been in the industry for a minimum of 3 years’ as a intermediate/senior consultant at a travel agency, aged 18 or over, working full-time and having been in the industry for a minimum of 3 years.
- The scholarship is open to all New Zealand employees of the Travel Industry (providing they meet the criteria).
- The aim is to provide an opportunity for a travel industry innovator to pursue their growth and development whilst being guided by the direction, wisdom and experience from a seasoned industry mentor.
- The aim is to provide opportunities for individuals who are in a position where they do not have sponsorship to undertake the TIME programme.
